My dog is not too bad a little guy.  He's really expressive (especially with his ears) and lives with my parents with two other dogs.  He has separation anxiety and really hates to leave the other dogs and my parents.  I go and visit though and roll around the floor with him, because I miss him.  I wish I was able to have a cat, but my roommates allergic to them.  Have a great Sunday!

Hi, I read this and thought about your anxiety problems.  Massage might help.  I know it has helped me in the past and have a session set up for next week.  Also doing yoga regularly has helped me and there are many benefits that are similar to massage.  Another thing you might try is meditation.  I do a specific program, Éiriú Eolas, and will be doing a blog post sometime in the future about meditation, yoda and massage.  The program is free to use from the website, but I bought it and put it on my Ipod.  I don't do the middle portion since they don't recommend that anyone with either Bipolar or brain chemical imbalance do that portion.  The first portion of pipe breathing helped me with my anxiety issues when I was working.  I would go into the bathroom and sit for 5 minutes doing it to relax and let the anxiety bleed away.  My job was an office job that was stressful and my routine worked.  Hope this information helps.  Take care, Mike

Hi Puddles,

Thank you so much for your support and love! I appreciate all the words you wrote in your comments in my blog "Hiding".  I believe, just like you, you can give love without knowing someone. So I am sending you  love and  support.   It feels good to not be alone on this journey of ours.  <3

You are also inspiring. It is always good to edify one another. :D We are not alone and we have already won! Let us remind each other to walk in that victory.

Love in Christ,

Cassie
