Thank you for providing a link to Kevin McCarthy's OCD blog. I have been battling OCD and major depressive disorder for more than 40 years. I can't imagine where I'd be without medication and cognitive behavioral therapy. I could easily identify with Kevin's first entry to the blog. Even after all these years, I'm still working on showing the bravery Kevin is showing.
