new here, just checking it out~
I have had disthymia most of my life, just figured things out as an adult. looking back there always was something, but could not pinpoint it. Have seasonal depression, anxiety at times, been helped with ACA, and CR, and codependent awareness. I work with CR ministry. I fight stress and anxiety by doing Zumba exercise. Also have bouts of depression due to chronic illneses.
