I'm a married mother of 2. I'm bipolar. My daughter is bipolar. My mother is bipolar... and every indication was that my grandmother was as well. If that doesn't make you shake your head, NO KIDDING ME TOO... should be our family motto... Mother in law deals with depression plus a history of alzheimer's disease in the family.

Stigmatism... It's gotta go. More and more people have some sort of mental health issue... and we need to be open about it. We can't learn and understand without communication.
