I'm back after a long time. and at the end of my rope. not sure why I'm saying this. because I'm done. i know I've eff'ed up too much and what's done is done. but enough is enough.

thanks for your concern. I am seeing a therapist and a provider. It's tough and don't know if I'll get through, but I am doing that much--plus even going for acupuncture for this issue. Hope you're doing well, and  thanks again for commenting.
