NKM2 Documentary: A Personal Review
Posted On 12/07/2010 23:44:35 by JStrehle

So I just got done watching all of the NKM2 documentary. I began watching it at 9am and didn't finish until 12:30am. Now this either had to do with the ADD or the fact I found myself periodically on the verge of crying. These weren't potential tears of sorrow, but tears of joy and relief.

I found the film overwhelmingly comforting throughout the entire duration. As cliche as it sounds, all I kept saying was "No Kidding, Me Too!" After having all these thoughts and all these compulsive behaviors both continuously and periodically through out your entire life, that on the surface appear totally unique to anything you see from other people, you suddenly find yourself being verbalized in this video not coming from your own lips.

What makes the documentary more astounding is that it gives you potential ways of coping with your own moment to moment torture. Not only does it give you advice, but it gives you hope that one day if we are all diligent enough we won't have to cope anymore. We can be free from all the pain.
