and, Valery, please start a profile here at nkm2. We are a small website, but growing steadily. I plan to use my "MOXIE" to learn how to navigate through Facebook and Twitter and possibly communicate with you.

I share the mission to remove the stigma and any negative energy around mental dis-ease of any kind. My expertise is in dis-ease rooted in early childhood conditioning (often well-meaning yet usually woefully misguided).  Studies have show that a majority of the population are suffering in some way or another in trying to live as they 'should be' instead of who they were born to be.

The only difference between "imperfect" and "I'm perfect" is an apostrophe. I encourage you to own the apostrophe! Love and embrace your innate magnificence in whatever shape or form it is in its true state. 

Moxie: The confident courage to live life authentically - no matter what anyone else has to say (or think) about it.  Its what you're here to do.
