Hello Everyone,

I am pleased to be here and also be apart of

such a great cause!

Mental health challenges need to be out in the open so more people realize it's as important as

physical ailments.

In fact many times it mirrors physical ailments.

I shared my story with my city, Long Beach in 2006 and they embraced it whole heartedly!  

Basically, people were calling, e mailing and saying,

No Kidding Me Too with gratitude!  

You are so right on with this great name!

I look forward to helping in some small way. I am fortunate to speak at mental health events in our city, as people are getting more comfortable with the subject of mental illness.

Thanks goodness.  

There is still tons more work to be done...so I am happy to join you!
