Just thought I would share this with all of you or as they say down here "ya'll"..... ;-)

“You are now at a crossroads.
This is your opportunity to make the most important decision you will
ever make. Forget your past. Who are you now? Who have you decided you
really are now? Don't think about who you have been. Who are you now?
Who have you decided to become? Make this decision consciously. Make it
......carefully. Make it powerfully.”-Anthony Robbins

The fact that you are aware of the severe depression is part of the "battle".  Baby steps I think they call it.. loved the movie, "What about Bob". We are all "recovering" from something!!!

It is a beautiful quote but I cannot honestly say I am there yet.  I have been battling severe depression most of my life know it will always be a struggle.  I believe it is all about taking little steps towards healing.

Well, I'm a 1957 Model and definitely know what you are taking about. Sometimes I don't think it is so much of not knowing what to do but being exhausted at trying something again, when you've tried and/or in our eyes failed, just ;ets the wind out of my sails and am just plain tired.  So when is the trip to MB?  Anytime soon?  They are building an "upside down house" at broadway at the beach. Not sure if that means like a fun house and you're walking on the ceilings or what.  Lots of steel beams going up. And I don't know if you've ever been to Damons but they are having a buy  one get one free lunch up til 4 pm. Not sure how long that will last either. Hope you are doin' ok Mo!  Hope to talk to you again soon.  Terri

Boyohboy, i've had to do that so many times in my life and re-invent myself- Start from absolute pug dump scratch and hit the road running. Problem is, i don't know how to do that anymore. i have no idea how to even begin to refashion any kind of existance in this crazy world. Seems as tho evolution has evovled alot of us into Diniquity- think this is how the LAST dang dinosaur felt watching the monkeys what lost their hair flittin around beneath them? Thats the way it is now-most of us baby boomers who thumbed OUR noses at the past generations; who struck out to create this "Brave New World"-replete with color TV's, electrified guitars and bikinis, free love and ecology- are now "Old School", and it would seem that the progenitor of this brave new world- are packs of rabid wild animals, hellbent on annihilating anything born before 1980.

If i only had any kind of clue as to what to reinvent my now aging self into- i'd do it.

Good evening Mike!  Quite frankly I have grown accustomed to much of the southern dialect/verbage. Such as cut on the lights, and too many more to mention. I had to get the Damn Yankees Guide to southern slang.  Oh, and am not being "negative" about it, just still after 16+ years down here don't quite understand some of the southern ways, another example, a man wearing a hat in church, or in the home. Or a man coming to the dinner table w/no shirt.  Things of that nature.  And yes, if that is what you choose to do and is healthy for you, by all means that is quite fine.

So my all knowing friend, what are points at NKM2?  I haven't a clue and I'm sure with all your infinite wisdom have the answer to that!  Hope everyone is doing well.  I'm going to watch some recent re-runs of "Criminal Minds" and "chilax".  Talk to you soon!!   Terri
