Tazing
Posted On 09/21/2010 17:41:50 by Terri

Does any one know what kind of affect tazing a person with a chemical imbalance? i.e. being bi-polar?  Sister was tazed about 6 months ago. Since then she has had numerous trips to the hospital and has not returned to HER norm.  Just wondering if any one out there has any answers. Have looked up on line but doesn't seem to be much information. Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Thank you in advance.  Ter

To me.. and I am not  a MD.. I have ressusitated many people with A LOT of electricity and I haven't heard of a problem but I also didn't follow up on them either.. Then I knew of 4 people hit by lightning (I am in Florida) and the ONLY one who had a problem was one girl who had petite mal seizures.. Then found out she was faking them..(I worked with her Mom) So, as far as tazing is concerned I dunno.. You would have to look up studies of course.. Just a thought, but your police dept may be able to put you on the right path for the statistics on symptoms post tazering...
