For the past three years I have struggled with what has been diagnosed as Bipolar disorder with psychosis after having been diagnosed with Major Depression while in the Navy. I think I'm struggling with PTSD and am seeking counseling for this and my other issues. I've been to a closed mental ward five times during this period and have been in and out of work during this period. Overall I'm looking to connect with others and share information via blogging on all the things I have learned over the past years.
